Sunday morning the 21st of October saw the first of RADmoto’s monthly “Social Sunday Breakfast Runs” . Riders started arriving from 7.30 for an 8am departure, on what proved to be an unexpectedly chilly morning. The destination was The Bru House, which, although it sounds like a surfers hang out, is actually a popular Bikers destination, with good food, good coffee and a great vibe. The Bru House is situated at the end of the famous Satellite Road in the Cradle of Mankind area and well worth a visit.
The group comprised of 11 bikes and 15 people. As the objective of Social Sunday BF is to give participants an enjoyable riding experience, the route went via the newly built road through the Hennops area, past Pelindaba and down the Satellite Road. There were plenty of corners and straights to please everyone’s riding style. No dirt riding as this is catered for on RADmoto’s monthly Saturday Adventure Rides.
After breakfast, a part of the group went to visit the Touratech Fun Skills challenge, hosted by IRIDE at its Leeuwenkloof facility, and supported by RADmoto to do some spectating. Everyone headed home at their own pace. RADmoto would like to thank everyone that joined. We hope to see you on the next one!
